PAULETTE’S New Spot

If don’t know by now there’s a new place in town taking up space in the cupcakes trend. It’s definitely not a cupcake, but defiantly claiming itself to be just a good , if not better. The parisian macaron. Not the Macaroon as most people think, but a macaron. Reinventing the flavors are places like Bottega Louie and most recently the store Paulette. They have a location in Beverly Hills , one in San Fransisco and most recently, the one I went to visit in Little Tokyo. So new in fact that it doesn’t even pop up on their website. The flavors range from everyday to the extraordinary like Violet Cassis, which is my favorite. The new store is located at the Little Tokyo Galleria on the first floor.
